Today, SCOTUS is hearing arguments in Chiles v. Salazar, a landmark case on Colorado’s law protecting kids from conversion therapy. These harmful and discredited practices isolate young people and cause lasting harm. The Court should uphold Colorado’s right to keep kids and families safe.

Transgender servicemembers like Army Capt. Gordon Herrero are trained, qualified, and ready to serve – but the military is forcing them out just for being themselves.

PrEP is a proven tool to stop HIV transmission, but only 35% of people at risk for HIV in Massachusetts are using it.

H.1245/S.717 will remove barriers, expand access, and safeguard HIV prevention in MA—no matter what happens on the federal level.

Learn more: www.gladlaw.org/cases/addres...
We can end the HIV epidemic in Massachusetts. PrEP can nearly eliminate HIV transmission. But many people still can't access this game-changing medication. H.1245/S.717 gives us a path forward. This bill will make PrEP widely available and bring us closer to ending the HIV epidemic for good.

2nd Lt. Nic Talbott is fighting Trump’s purge of transgender servicemembers – a cruel ban that undermines military values and readiness. Read his op-ed: https://www.cleveland.com/opinion/2025/09/army-values-missing-from-executive-order-removing-transgender-troops-nicolas-talbott.html
"In addition to fears about my own future, I also worry about the consequences that removal of seasoned professionals throughout the military will have on our country’s overall military preparedness.... Sitting in courtrooms alongside other service members challenging this policy has reinforced the honor, commitment, and skill that will be lost by purging the military of qualified leaders who also happen to be transgender."
