There's an extra grift before that step... Bailout that prioritizes big agribusiness. So buyouts are basically free rolls

There were tons of articles like this straight up and down the farm belt during the first term of all this... But not all of them are available anymore

The last time this happened, you could find stories like this one out of Nebraska...Kansas...Iowa... etc etc
