🪶Codrington Lagoon National Park is a Ramsar Convention protected wetland and home to #Barbuda’s pride and joy – the magnificent frigate bird sanctuary. The internationally significant wetland supports Barbuda’s ecosystem & native species whose breeding sites are now threatened.

This is the first ever court case concerning alleged corporate complicity in Israeli crimes to conclude in favour of those who brought it.

The complaint alleged complicity in #warcrimes & #moneylaundering of proceeds of war crimes by Airbnb's Irish subsidiary. In court the Irish police conceded its assessment that the complaint "disclosed no offence within the jurisdiction" was based on an error of law. 3/5
