Opinion on Elevator Requirement:
I’d want a price on buildings without elevators versus buildings w/ elevators. Buildings without elevators would be required to have both interior and exterior slides, but I don’t see that as common.
We might do a lot of buildings with 5 stories of prefab concrete.

Opinion on Elevator Requirement:
I’d want a price on buildings without elevators versus buildings w/ elevators. Buildings without elevators would be required to have both interior and exterior slides, but I don’t see that as common.

The windows are always open so the roof needs to hang over a lot—possibly on every level.

The way I see the 10-story chicken coops is:

What I read is that you have to have a regular concrete building for the lower floors but you can build 5-stories of stick frame.
Stick Frame is 2x4s and OSB.

I think a realistic average size per room for the high rises I’m planning is 750 sq ft but we can build a lot of the rooms with a door connecting studio apartments.
Tenants wouldn’t cook. They’d only have a small fridge, a microwave, a sink, a silverware washer, and a 2 burner stove.
