Medicaid - probably. Medicare no. Are Medicare rates low. Yes. But, you get paid promptly. If you are losing money with Medicare, you are probably not billing correctly. (A different issue entirely but worth discussion)

All of Medicare needs a public option. And this is only to allow private insurers to adjust instead of putting them out of business so abruptly.

Medicare was prohibited from negotiating favorable pricing when Part D was written by the GOP in 2006. Rep. Billy Tauzin (R‑LA), who helped lead negotiations, became a lobbyist shortly after it passed. If Medicare was permitted, it is the biggest “purchaser” and has the best and largest database.

Trump invades Greenland, which calls for NATO to comply with Article 5, and defend Denmark against the US. This depletes NATO resources which permits Russia to push through Ukraine and take over east Europe, if not all of it. The spoils are divided between Putin and Trump.
