I know I’m the eternal optimist and there are real important issues like climate change that absolutely need to be addressed, but it’s important every so often to reflect on all the good news that the media doesn’t report on because it’s boring. Like the global Human development Index increasing.

There are bad schools and there are good schools and for the median student that’s super important. However, I do think someone who is highly motivated will figure out a way to get what they need out of almost any educational environment. Stirring that motivation is essential.
