Yeah, me too. Mine told me it's the #1 topic with all his patients. That makes sense. Here we are, trying to unravel ourselves to see why we are like we are AND then this bullshit too. I feel like I have lost some of my progress, BUT I know things will get better someday. Shit I hate waiting...

I feel that times like this tend to bring the worst out of people. Some stay so irritated all the time and judging is an attempt to make THEMSELVES feel better. On the other hand, times like this can also bring out the best. Hoping you encounter those people instead.

PLEASE! Vote NO on funding ICE. It is the only way to stop this. How many more will die while they get more training? They don't CARE about training. When you have so much anger and hate in your heart, training will not fix you.

2/2 when covid hit, I started ALL kinds of art - whatever I felt like doing. It has saved me. DON'T LISTEN to them!! Do what you are called to do. Ignore standards. Creativity is what gives us life. Do what you love, even if there is no end purpose for it. How can we get better without practice? ❤️

Do you live in an area that will get snow? I'm in VA and for my city it says EXTREME winter warning - loss of life or limb... Maybe I'm not as prepare as I thought I was. 😜

He WAS my man, I supported everything he did, but lately, I just get mad every time I see his face. He's got more power than most, and to waste it like this is infuriating! He could be so much more, but not willing to risk anything. In 40 years, we'll be saying he did nothing in all that time. Arrrg

Some of the things I've done when my rage keeps me awake: Re-covered a counter-top, folded the clothes from the last three months, made 50 jewelry pendants (kept going instead of trying to sleep, LoL.) I'm really in frozen mode, but I'm trying to do SOMETHING! Too many horrific scenarios...💔

Similar situation a few years ago. When I saw the fourth advertisement in 6 months, I flipped and sent a message that said, "Are you sure you don't need a new MANAGER?" She was the manager...

Oh, I'm in that psychic crash, for real. I sleep a lot because I can't handle it. I've done so well this past year, with therapy and treatments, all the while the world is burning. But suddenly, I've crashed. Worst I've been in 35 years. Thank you for this video Susan!
