for the geno ending, i originally wanted asgore to smoothly throw open his cloak with his trident, to convey unlike UNDERTALE, here he was REALLY pissed

it's a shame this didn't get used, i still really like how the rough looks and would have loved to finish it

coming onto development i was under the impression axis was going to be an "undyne-esque" threat, so i did a lot of tinkering with the visual of a "scary axis"

i animated his body and the steam on two different frame rates to give him an uncanny look (inspired by spiderverse at the time)

still in absolute awe of these guys 🫵

i remember falling into a huge slump when i couldn't sprite the palm trees very well.

fortunately @figburn.com picked up my slack and was an absolute champ in getting the rest of the area's environment assets made

this was always one of my favorites of yours!

hoping to draw/animate more cute things because it's a niche of mine i don't tap into nearly enough

(also oof the video quality did a number on the saturation here hope it's not too bad)

my browser was an hour behind my computer's timezone which hasn't been a problem up until now but caused an expiration error on bluesky
