A question: you didn't say in the script, but did you mean the planet the eroded Angels were on to be the same one in "Time Of Angels/Flesh And Stone?"

Also, it would also explain the Time Brain's being overwhelmed after the Doctor had been hooked up to it. Not only was the Doctor's knowledge and memories implanted in it, but so were the minds of countless other Timeless Doctors, explaining its sudden schizophrenic turn.

In my own head canon, the Seventh Doctor definitely knew about being the Timeless Child, the Fugitive Doctor, and all the rest. The combination of post-regeneration and being hooked up to the Rani's time brain machine broke through the Division's mind wiping... ⬇️
