"By 2024, 63 health care institutions had joined Race to Zero for health. Our commitment was to double that number by 2028, but by now we have increased that number by almost 50%. So we are pledging today to triple the number of institutions participating in Race to Zero by 2028," he said.

As #INC5.2 talks continue, a major threat looms: a blanket exemption for healthcare in the Global #PlasticsTreaty.

This push comes from fossil fuel & plastics lobbies. Plastic pollution IS a public health emergency, & healthcare must be part of the solution.
