We work alongside Indigenous midwives, health promoters, and communities in Mexico and Guatemala to support every woman's right to quality, respectful and equitable maternal care.
This year, we're bringing experienced Indigenous midwives together with apprentices to honor ancestral knowledge while incorporating life-saving techniques from Western medicine. We're honoring these midwives in this moving short film:
