I equate it to a dissertation. Ava wrote on not only rediscovering, and reviving the Nymian Scholar tradition she also wrote on the similarities between said tradition and the fae of The First and wrote theories on what other unknown Nymian or other Astral Era's knowledge could be similar as well.

I've also got a slice of life AU where mine and my FC's characters have nothing to do with the WOL storyline and then another where my FC is the main wing of the scions and the main scions are like, the side characters or just not in the story where possible.

I have an AU where Ava regains the memories of Azem and she goes around the shards to find her missing pieces and eventually Azem has to kill Ava's twin sister (I like to think twins split a soul in half) to become whole. I haven't figured it out completely so nothing written down but it'd be fun.

Ya, her dad felt so guilty due to his daughters being born Miqo'te/Au'ra and having both horns and ears they basically have the same audio track playing twice but slightly out of sync, for their whole life! That when the apocalypse and he turned he almost killed the rest of Ava's family. Trauma!

Recently dadless, book/math nerd, arcane healer cat dragon person who has been playing therapist to her family so she left to deal with geopolitics as that is easier than coping with the loss of her dad who turned into a literal monster of despair who she had to kill to save her mom and sisters.

That's a pretty normal experience for first timers lol. If you got an SSD put Rivals on that. It fixed all my problems.

Definitely a different interpretation than mine. I always assumed the first and second expack mainly focused on expanding the world then going into STB and SHB the main focus shifted to the Scions rather than the whole world revolving around them. I do think some or all should be retired tho.

I think Ava sees almost all of them as friends. I think, like friends, she has her own gripes about each of them and has probably had disagreements throughout their time together. I do think she understands that a reason she joined/can stick around is cause of her power tho.

Ava was born in Thavnair and grew up there for most of her life. Her dad was a Fourm member in Sharlayan so he would take extended time away from home. Once she was able to attend the Studium she spent equal time in both cities throughout the years. Always has a special favor towards Thavnair though

I think my favorite part of A'valyn Golments is that she has horns and ears, but the actual input of them both is offset. Her dad developed magitek earmuffs to help her focus on just her horns. My least favorite of is I wish I could've gotten her thiccer for these photos, but, it just looked idk off
