Such a dark day for many of us. I tried distractions but still sad to the core.

Such a dark day for many of us. I tried distractions but still sad to the core.
My concentration lagged starting 11/6. I did very little and was quickly reminded this is grief. Cat videos did not make me laugh. Mostly I watched The Great British Bake Off for a week while wrapped up in a big blanket - it was so nice to see people being kind to each other.
