My husband usually is asleep right after his head hits the pillow. He hasn’t had a good night’s sleep since the election. Just remember you are not alone. Take care of you.

He needs to find his local food pantry and go there. That’s what others do when they don’t have money for food. Or hit up his Orange daddy for some McDonald’s.
