🚨 16 Tesco workers at the Yeading store submitted a collective grievance in April over two years of alleged bullying by a manager. 4 months later - no outcome. No investigation. No accountability. Now the same manager is reportedly targeting staff again.

Our members deserve to be heard. ✊

🚨 Waltham Forest Refuse Workers Reject Pay Offer

97% of outsourced refuse workers in Waltham Forest, employed by FCC Environment, have rejected a 3.2% pay offer. The deal falls below inflation and does little to tackle pay inequality. 📉

💥 A ballot for industrial action could follow.

28 night hygiene workers will now receive six extra days of paid holiday per year, thanks to strong union action. 🙌

This victory corrects a long-standing issue where staff weren’t getting enough time off for their demanding shift patterns.

Anglian Windows GMB Members Say NO to Pay Offer

Between 22–30 July, GMB London Region balloted members at Anglian Windows on the company’s third pay offer. Despite being the third offer, members stood united in rejecting what they see as an insufficient deal that fails to reflect their hard work.

“Obscene” pay rises at the top — real-terms cuts at the bottom.

City of London execs saw salaries soar to £362k, while Aldgate School faces cuts and staff are offered just 2.9%.

📢 99.5% of GMB members at Anglian Windows have REJECTED the company’s pay offer with an overwhelming vote against pay being pushed just 12p above minimum wage.

Members also voted 100% to demand answers on misleading company communications.
