Scotland needs more carers, but Westminster is driving them away.

Labour’s hostile immigration plans and their tax on jobs are hammering Scotland’s social care sector.

With the fresh start of independence, we can build a migration system suited to our needs and interests.

Does anyone actually know what Keir Starmer thinks about Brexit?

My view hasn’t changed: Brexit is a disaster, Scotland belongs in Europe, so let’s become independent and join the EU with our own seat at the table.

Superb meeting this eve in Edinburgh with @humzayousaf.bsky.social talking about the situation in Gaza. He said it is undoubtedly genocide and he stressed the very limited nature of the current 'ceasefire' with aid still very limited and no external journalists allowed into Gaza.

People in Scotland want an asylum system that is controlled, that they have confidence in, and that shows compassion.

The Home Secretary’s proposals do none of these things.

We need a humane, effective and efficient system 🧡
