be ordinarily resident in the UK or Ireland and eligible to pay Home fee rate OR be a Ukrainian student granted Home fee status as part of the Ukraine Scheme;
have commenced undergraduate study no earlier than the 2012/13 academic session;
have an annual household income of £42,875 or less;
not have previously been awarded the Master's Bursary for prior Master's study;
AND have submitted a complete admission application (including the submission of references) for a full-time or part-time standalone Master's degree* at UCL in 2025/26. The flexible study mode is not eligible.
 Must be a standalone Master's rather than the Master's element of an integrated undergraduate degree such as MEng, MPharm, etc.
