For most cities free public transit modality would be a zero fare bus system (look at Richmond, Virginia). And the economics, are doable, it just takes upfront investment. Capitalism has long dictated building societies around cars rather than people and we have paid the price. We can take it back.

I’ll be honest I personally don’t want them to sign her and I would’ve felt that way if she had been available straight out of Gotham but I also don’t want them to take that risk on someone who hasn’t played in a year.
