kind of darkly funny that "gender studies" is the stereotypical "useless degree" because gender studies will help you understand a large and important chunk of the current psychosis in american life

sure sure you can have hegemony by trade, ideology and cultural influence, but does that make your dick hard?

How is executing a pre-meditated kidnapping under cover of their own bomb strikes, a defense against an imminent attack... We are the imminent (not so imminent anymore) attack

It's not a flaw, it's a feature of the tool

You think I'm the one trolling here?

I'm really not seeking any reaction, I simply disagreed with the articles framing because it lacked any accountability. But you seem to be pretty fired up more about my comment than the actual situation at hand. So I'm not sure you're the right person to be saying I'm not causing much of a reaction

This is a pretty big leap of anger for you. Idk what to tell you, the parents deserve to be held accountable, yet you're throwing a fit over the use of the word negligence. You're showing more passion and anger over the word negligence than you are these parents getting their child killed.

Wtf are we even doing in these comments, we all agree that the parents should be held accountable for the death of their child. But getting uppity about the use of negligence. Wild
December 29, 2025 at 7:30 PM
I mean that is simply not true lol

I never said there wasn't a distinction, not all murders are caused by negligence, but there are certainly still murders caused by negligence and carelessness. You could argue that the "reasonable person" section of proof needed for negligence would make this case not negligence.

Negligence can absolutely be intentional
December 29, 2025 at 6:43 AM
Yes? Via their malicious negligence. It can quite literally be both
December 29, 2025 at 6:18 AM
And when will that be?
December 28, 2025 at 4:44 PM
Both of those are examples of negligence. One is just far more malicious negligence. They still failed to provide the proper care for their child. Negligence is not just when it's "too busy" its a broad definition that applies to both scenarios
