The 3DS may have the highest quality of games (on average) of any console. It would be close with NDS but there was a lot of shovelware on that… DS probably has the best games though.

One of the best things I’ve done for my mental health in the last year is to rediscover physical (as in paper) magazines. Chilling out and reading a magazine unplugged from the world is my yoga. Highly recommended. Any one else a physical magazine reader?

Rolling credits on Trails in the Sky the 1st with tears in my eyes. Game of the year. One of my favorite games ever. Thank-you to Famcom for remastering this and introducing it to the world again. So good.

Broke down and bought a Switch 2 today. All set up. It’s nice though I would prefer a 7” (OLED!) screen. It’s a bit too big. Looks great. Runs well. Fully compatible with my Switch games and saves. It’s not a huge difference tbh. Feels and looks quality.

Now that I’m 35 hours into Trails in the Sky 1st on my switch… a Citron patch has been released that fixes the sound issue and I can play it on my Retroid Pocket Flip 2. Do I start again..? The Switch OLED is nice but the Retroid is better…

Meh. Final Fantasy Tactics may not be for me. Finding it very unbalanced at Knight level. Not willing to move to easier level. Maybe I’m just a Fire Emblem girl :)

I’ve been playing so much on my Retroid Flip 2 that when I go back to Switch or SD they seem HUGE. Hopefully the AYN Thor will have enough juice that I can leave the big machines behind. We need better Android emulators though… especially PS2 / PS3 and Switch!

Just finished Radiant Dawn (2007) (Fire Emblem). What a game. What a story. Played it back to back with Path of Radiance (2005) a 20 yo game.

So happy that I finally got around to transferring copies of FF Tactics Ivalice and Skies the 1st onto my Retroid Pocket Flip 2! I bought both at launch but I don’t like playing on the Switch and now I can play them on the go on the Flip 2! Getting my Ayn Thor soon so even better :)

Seems like a lot if people are playing Trails today. Kudos to those folks that can afford full price games at launch. There’s another $10-15 on top for various DLC items too!
