2/ Less than a year ago, in the line of duty, ICE officer Jonathan Ross was dragged down the highway from a car while trying to apprehend the suspect in a sexual abuse case.

On Wednesday, Jonathan Ross pulled a trigger in Minneapolis and killed Renee Good.

Do you ever get a physical “(mild) chemical burn in the brain” sensation when you have long stretches of (objectively) productive creativity like this? I’ve had a few “way above my average word count” days where I’ve been in-perspective like this and ended up with headaches. Any mitigation advice?

just simple things like “all humans have an inherent right to dignity” and “everyone in the country is equally accountable under the law” and “the idea of america is the govern-ment of the people by the people for the people.”

USA Today had this baffling sentence: “…there have been no visible indications of pollution…” I have to assume that’s aside from the 600-foot freighter and the 3000 cars, unless they’re invisible.
