It's funny because they didn't stay in the water, they went back in, just like whales. You had the first jawless vertebrates, then boney fishes, then lobe-finned fishes, then tetrapods, eventually mammals who were terrestrial, and then some of them went back.

Not far from the truth! They are caniforms (dog-like carnivorans), meaning they're closely related to dogs, wolves, jackals, raccoons, bears, foxes, wolverines, red pandas and similar.

It's a bit more nuanced than that. Religion is used as a scapegoat and as a brainwashing tool, the actual source is the rhetoric of supremacy.

Well, that's because intelligence is a spectrum, not a scale. There is no such thing as an unintelligent organism. Corvids have cognitive skills we don't have, and vice versa. Everyone's specialised for their niche.

Shipping them off to camps to basically not pay them anything so they can work as a slave labour force. There better be a liberation effort in the future to rescue all of the kidnapped and inhumanely imprisoned people

If this isn't some sort of satirical skit, there is something deeply wrong with every individual who behaves like this. Somehow, someway, every Karen I've ever seen (or met) was a fascist. If you tried pulling this off in Eastern Europe, regarding our cultural heritage, you'd be arrested.
