Who cares what the polls say? Murder on the high seas is a capital offense. Two boats were sunk in Columbian national waters. Those were acts of war AND illegal, thus they were war crimes. I say line them all up at Nuremberg.

It's a capital offense. Everyone from the top down is guilty of murder. Murder on the high seas is a capital offense. So are war crimes. All of them should be charged accordingly.

Where I grew up, flocks of seabirds would follow fishing boats. They would also steal your bait and/or any fish you caught.
