I am used to cry in total silence. One can understand only if they look at my face directly because of running drops. But nobody does that mostly. So, this is the way of crying for me without being a problem.

I spent years studying the DSM, specializing in diagnosing autism, and didn’t realize I was autistic.
No one can know ANYTHING about autism UNLESS they listen to autistics.
