Preview of something we were experimenting with for the next patch. Testing how the game feels with bullets rendering over other visuals for maximum clarity.

As-is it was hard to have a lot of Points Capsules and bullets in the arena at the same time, this should fix that.

Mostly just a few new controller config options.

In general we'll try to keep updating the demo with any QoL features we add while working towards release.
