Each day seems worse than the other.
As an RN and volunteer educator for the Tourette Association of America (TAA), I would like to see all Family Practice/Residency programs take the free Health Provider training through the TAA to enable more early diagnosis and treatment of tic disorders and Tourette Syndrome.

Regarding the blood pressure anxiety. Besides the deep breathing, I also tell them, before inflating the cuff to relax their shoulders and close their eyes while breathing normally. It works 90% of the time. The other 10 % may have high anxiety or a cardiac issue.

I am on the board of directors of Pennsylvania Tourette Syndrome Alliance. (PATSA). Today will be a presentation to healthcare providers in our family health/residency programs. If you live in Pa, I want you to know that our consultants can offer this training to any community setting

I received an invitation to join the Democratic National Committee with a donation. Is this a helpful idea? I am assuming it is. I feel very helpless for the days ahead.
