My first love of Asterix was in French. I used to buy the books in Midland Educational, a brilliant bookshop and stationers in Brum, and they had a supplement in them explaining the more obscure puns and references. Best in the original language imo.

I remember some tests being done on corpses found in the Arctic which established the DNA of the virus, which was definitely an avian variant. #TheArchers
