This stupid Emperor has been so hard to write, I think because everything he says should logically be imposing/well thought out. He keeps having to give speeches about stuff, and I'm already over it.

I've been reading a lot of ARCs lately, where I can get them, and this one was particularly baller. Someone You Can Build a Nest In by John Wiswell is a delightfully strange sapphic romance about a flesh monster finding love. It's out on April 2nd. Please look forward to it. 🌈📚💙📚👀

Truthfully, this is the only useful piece of writing I've found on the subject of unicorns, which I found randomly at a used book store. For such a classic mythical creature, there is really not that much to say about unicorns, it seems. #authors #fantasy
