There's like one piece of artwork I like from the game because it harkens back to the yuxtaposition of hardcore military and femininity like with the DaiOuJou cover which is very apparently a theme in the previous game, DaiFukkatsu for which I have no problems with.

Meter when you tech a throw, meter when you make the first attack in a round, meter when you reversal. Sometimes they give you meter when you use a lot of meter!

Okay on my defense the Siren games on PS2 having X as confirm makes me irrationally sick. They are aggresively japanese so I just assume it's that way by default.

HoD disgusting outlines made sense since CotM was almost impossible to see without a backlight but nowadays It looks nauseating in HD on a big screen.

Idk how much you know about Yasuo but making him any less than top tier is considered a Bad Economical Decision because he has a billion one tricks. He has been not only Riot but the playerbase's golden boy for over a decade and I am kinda tired of seeing his mug.

What I've noticed a lot is that Jack of all trades that do things alright are often pretty hard to play at a high level because you need to cover so many bases so I think devs want to make them powerful so that top players use them and get viewers invested.

I like the guy but maybe his kit is inherently toxic. The most balanced he has been is in GGX and that's because he couldnt do unblockeables up the ass outside of okizeme and the damage in that game for most characters was sky high because of FDC already so he fitted in nicely.

In +R he is bad because other characters do what he does better with bigger reward and lower risk. In Xrd every game mechanic works against him. In Strive he does normal damage with setup where the baseline without it is higher, and in every one of these games' first version he checkmates in one hit
