And very hard control isn't really viable. The only control deck actually runs a couple combos (isocron scepter+ Orim's chant or narset+ day's undoing) to shut the game down.

much with what the opponent is doing. Even the "fair" Boros Energy has a snowball potential that often makes it feel like a combo deck rather than an aggro one. Overall, it feels like playing with Legacy level threats but without Force of Will, Daze and Wasteland to keep some decks in check. 2/2
