Did you consider purchasing a bit of fruit and a bottle of water. Actually just the fruit will do, most are 74% to 90% water. Fruit juices are indeed a scam.
The British Army had a place where any recruit considered not the right shape, were sent to,. From where after a month or so they would emerge properly proportioned. I imagine the US military has a similar thing.
Pleased to hear Alistair highlighting the evil, Guinness Book of Records. I would be given one of these awful books every Christmas. I still have them. The last ones have only ever been touched by dust.
I did consider photographing them. But, then thought nobody would be Interested. Some have been repurposed. Example, this one is being used to hold pot-pourri.
