Been trying to sort out my medical problems, so with sleep issues, I read that a small piece of protein is good just before bedtime and on another cool site, a small piece of chocolate should be eaten last thing. Well, combine the two and you get Reece’s peanut cups!

Years ago, I went to a series of life changing lectures on ‘Story’ by Robert McKee. Ostensibly about screen writing and storytelling, but they went much deeper than that. @willstorr.bsky.social article in the Guardian is spot on.
