I use NOAA forecasts every day to plan safe passages. The forecasters sift through tons of data, then apply their expertise to give me the most accurate forecast possible. Each forecast is signed off with the forecaster's name. The NOAA text forecast is the one I bet my life on. #sailorsfornoaa
