I've tried to draw this kettle using as few charcoal strokes as possible. There's still a lot to improve, but it was a nice study.

Stuff went wrong these last days. My computer broke the day I would finish a brand manual and have a meeting with a great client (super sorry @manarampmatt.bsky.social 🥲) ...
But at least my father is back home from ICU and I had some time to draw.

Paul Pope's Batman Yeah 100 was the comic that changed my taste forever. Before it I was the usual Alex Ross-photorealism-normie-fan boy. After year 100 I was forever disabled to have normal talk with friends regarding comics. I was officially an "oh... that guy" weirdo.
