Been playing Lies of P since I heard about the DLC coming out. Made me realize I never finished it in the first place lmao. It’s such a wonderful game and makes me wish that more souls like games would make timed blocks as viable as dodges in combat!

First attempt at a webcomic like style. Wasn’t really into it and didn’t do another one, but you can really tell these were early designs thanks to some of the body shapes being different and it not featuring their iconic tie and suspenders. Idk I still like the joke lol

This is my first full “doodle page” where I was just kinda drawing ideas that came to mind, trying to show off the character traits of each of them. You can see how over time their designs changed slightly

In terms of personality, I guess you could consider Goober to be the “straight man” to Shmorp’s “comic relief.” I imagine that Goober is more sarcastic and tired of stuff, sounding kinda like Snap from Chalk Zone, while Shmorp is more carefree and likes to be silly

This is Shmorp, I made him because I thought Goober needed a friend. Design wise, I tried to differentiate him by changing which eye is longer, and also changing the overall silhouette, especially with the torso

This is Goober, the first guy I made up. He came from my just drawing random shapes and gave them limbs. His design has changed slightly overtime, but these were the first drawings I made to practice cartoon-y emotions
