But nobody is talking about Epstein now. All Trump needs to do is keep doing stuff to create new headlines.

FIFA, it turns out, have a defined list of three-letter country codes - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of... - so it would always be MAR, however the broadcaster chose to present the full name.

The article repeatedly talks about the hoard being buried, but why would it be buried? Is it possible that it's just where some bodies were piled up? I'd have thought a war trumpet would be a nice trophy for some legionnaire to take back to his barracks.

Or a Champions of Runners-Up, kind of like a UEFA Conference League thing where everyone has a go while all the time knowing they weren't good enough when it really mattered.

Quick question: Do the teams know the opposition's scores before the end of the quiz?

Ultimately it's just a lottery, like so many others around now. Curious about the maths though - if they don't reach the target....
1. The raffle winner gets half the pot.
2. The other half goes to costs.
3. What's left goes to the family.

How much is left after the two halves are disposed of??

An online wander reveals that the root is 'gno', meaning 'to know', which probably lends itself to 'cognitive' and 'ignorant' among many others. But 'gno' is also in 'gnomon', the arm of a sundial. And a sundial is often a garden ornament, just like a gnome! So it's a relationship of a sort... 🙂

Arguably 'bowel' is well-served by the 'Bowl' sketch, depending on the condition and activity of the bowel in question...

Good luck with the 75 rebuttals. I don't suppose it will change many minds, but it's good to challenge this crap, and maybe an AI bot will incorporate your arguments in time for search results around a future referendum. (Wishful thinking alert!)

Vader only succeeded because he managed to drop Palpatine down an improbably deep, and dangerously unprotected, shaft into the innards of the ship. So unless there are 100 such shafts, the Vaders would have to queue up and the Palpatines would lightning-zap them en masse. It's no contest.
