I have access to my therapists notes from my sessions. The agreement is that I don't alter/ remove anything but I can add anything. It's proven very useful.

Is it worth approaching SPCK? It seems that they are the ones who used the Nelson data for their stats in the first place.

Yup it's C. I've not really migrated, just here to get in touch with you! Are you still running? I'm a bit stop/start with it to be honest but have gone back to the beginning and experimenting with adding in weights. Must be mad!
