In countries that have adopted universal healthcare, insurance isn’t even necessary. It’s all covered by taxes. No deductibles, supplemental policies, etc.
It must be effective. These countries seem to like it.

I live in Missouri, USA. I have 12 panels on my roof. Here are the stats since I’ve had them. As you can see, the panels have produced more electricity than I can consume. My city just charges a nominal monthly fee so that’s why I pay anything at all.
