Don’t sell like an algorithm. Your customers want a human. Ask questions and seek understanding. The rest takes care of itself.

Sometimes being a good sales person means turning someone away. You will not have the right solution for every customer. If you can't solve their problem, help them solve that problem (within reason) and explain why it isn't you.

They will remember you when the time is right.

We're here to try and change the online discourse about learning to sell. We want to show how sales people can operate in an ethical manner that they can feel good about, while simultaneously driving business forward. Too many online sales techniques sell bravado. Why not sell good?
