Like. Obviously not even the biggest problem in this clip. But on a really basic level, it's just stupid. You can't use an AI to replace that. Sorry.

I'm actually not great at this! But I'm good at picking up the red flags in a transaction. I've lost count of the number of times I knew something was off, couldn't get the client to talk, and then handed them off to another (extremely kind + personable) banker who was able to get them to open up.
