Where do they do that, Neal? If I try to search for it I don’t find any examples of stonewall ever using the term, pages and pages of quotes from transphobes using the term while they rant about Stonewall though.

That’s the thing about lawfare, Neal, it doesn’t matter what the law is when on one side you have a billionaire with essentially limitless resources to sue you into oblivion, people will just acquiesce because they can’t afford to fight it.

You’re not talking about fair competition though. You’re talking about excluding all trans people from even amateur sport, and that is 100% a bigoted opinion, you just think you’re a good person and couldn’t possibly ever have one of those.

That pretty much all we hear from amateur sports clubs on the subject is how much they hate being forced to exclude their friends and how it does nothing to protect anyone doesn’t matter, the transphobes have decided they are the sole arbiters of what trans people are allowed to do and that’s it now

Hi Neal, I’m happy to say I don’t believe you give a shit about womens sport except as a cudgel to beat trans women with, but regardless the equality act does not dictate to any intentional sport bodies what regressive rules they apply.
