I was sitting in the mud, trying to take a photo of this bird through a dense bush, when a little girl in a pink coat showed up on a nearby path, yelling, "Are there birds here?" She had pink binoculars & I got to show her her first Cooper's Hawk. Perfect January morning! :) #birds
