Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that make the biggest difference, a glance that shows you care, a quick chat, or a shared cup of tea. Those moments of connection can truly change, and even save, a life.

Despite awareness, there is still a stigma around mental health and suicide. Too often, people feel they must face their struggles in silence. It’s up to all of us to change that, by being open to conversations, listening without judgment, and creating safe spaces where others feel seen + supported.
