The road layer is blurred by taking the photo driving down the road, so the road is blurred left to right. The house image is rotated along the lens/sensor axis creating a twisted image. The resulting composition creates a blurred image that is not easily discerned and hopefully creates a dream like feeling with no real attachment to anything real.
