Thank you for your discussion and recognition of her case. While side effects like Jennings's are rare after vaxes, they're not nil, and I always believed her case was legit. I also watched her be pulled toward anti-vax circles bc of how poorly the pompous, misinformed docs treated her, instead...

Some of them may also be suffering the side effects tardive dystonia, tardive dyskinesia, acute dystonia, or acute dyskinesia, but their doctors may not know how to recognize those & will accuse the patients of faking, of "unmasking" more mental illness, or of psychosomatic movements.

It's a fun book series, easily digestible movies, and the whole thing got kids reading. Just let people have fun. It doesn't have to be Stoker, Rice, or Let the Right One In to serve a purpose. Hell, I binge the movies every now and again guilt-free.
