It’s legit. They were forced to use up remaining fund balance the last few years, and the one time funding has ended as well. The Leg needs to step up and put people over oil company handouts.

Servicemaster did a great job for us when we had a bathroom ceiling cave in due to the fan vent pipe having separated (but not due to quakes) in the attic. But that was an insurance coverage repair. They might not do non-insurance deals.

Cars and motorcycles have great utility to 330 million Americans, every day. The economy collapses without transport. Gun ownership? Not so much. No utility at all.
