Yea, for the most part I can agree with that. Most people don't change trajectory unless it effects them personally and it's real painful, and 25% of us apparently need more pain. I believe things will come to a head shortly, at least it looks that way right now.

She said -without- a civil war. We are all trying our hardest to avoid another civil war, or more likely the president escalating things to a martial law situation, because that is what he wants.

We, as a democracy laden people, are slow to agree and get there, but I think more than a few Americans will face consequences. I think we will end up with trials, Nuremburg style. I hope I live to see it.

I'm shocked and upset. I'm just some random human in Michigan and only knew his work, not him or his wife, and it's just taken the breath from me. So tragic, especially for their family and friends.

Nobody is having a bleeding heart for gang members, that's not the issue, that is not what is happening. Law enforcement by masked men is un-American. If you can't do your job with your face showing as well as ID and the force ID, you are doing your job wrong.
