I just met one of the polish guys in my wrestling classes at the gym and he told me that he graduated as a wrestler and will not be coming to the classes anymore. While it sucks that i wont see him as often anymore I am super happy for him man

Just had my probably last wrestling Training for the next 2 1/2 weeks (summerbreak) and also had a little good moment today. We were working in teams today and my opponent tried to tag, had his back turned to me and i put him into a waistlock. My Trainer really liked that because it was realistic

Bro i feel a bit bad i totaly humbled a girl today we did some shoot wrestling where we have to get out opponent into a waistlock and normal I never get anybody into the waistlock but they also dont waistlock me but I put her into a waistlock like 6 times in 2 Minutes 😭😭
