And the longer I leave certain series behind, whether that’s fixated on something new or possibly taking a break, the more information suddenly slips away. I cannot trust my own knowledge at times due to I know I’m forgetting something. I want to talk about my favorites, but I’m rather embarrassed -

There’s other factors involved that has a part in it. But it’s always disheartening when I can remember everything so vividly and speak about it clearly with close friends, and then suddenly unable to tell them much without having to review the source material as if I didn’t engage with it at all.

I don’t like to keep my options limited, therefore I’m always doing something different to avoid boredom. I like to think my muses/ships/art/etc shouldn’t feel “stiff” either, and is a reflection of mindset if so. Overall, I keep my process messy and methods random as can be. :)

- attempts to keep it “fresh”, that expanding my horizons keeps me going due to the endless possibilities. Crossovers included. Some days music is all I need to get into the zone. Other days is a random mix of everything I can think of. Whatever it takes to keep the momentum up.
