you're too impatient. you need to learn the algo's

for example, if you stream 1080p 60fps. and its fine (not recording)
Maybe it cant stream AND record at 1080p 60fps.
Maybe lower to 30fps if recording as well

transcoding through OBS, giving your CPU a hard time, might need to lower the quality or go into obs settings to work out how it records it and encodes/decodes it
